Welcome to SPSG -Single Parents Support Group! The purpose of this group is to serve as a social venue for the single moms/dads as well as for our kids. We can also use Discussion Page as a forum to raise the issues that we as a single parent has experienced.

This group is meant to offer a Mindfulness practice as the framework of each meeting for spiritual single parents to come and share their experiences, while opening their hearts, clearing their minds and finding their centers. As facilitator, I hope to have other moms and dads lead practices too! Examples of mindfulness practices include, talking stick circle, guided meditation/relaxations to facilitate discussion, and many more practices from traditions around the globe!
