Our group exists for single parents AND their children. You must be a SINGLE parent. Single means divorced, widowed, or never married in the first place. We get together primarily for activities WITH our children. We may have adults-only events as well, but most of the events will be with the kids. We are NOT a dating group. We welcome you to join us! Hyde Park Area Parents is a group for moms and dads who discuss the "fun" of parenthood, plan meetups, socialize, and create a community for our children. While our kids become friends, we can have conversations. Playdates, story time, parties, lunches, museums, classes, MOMMY/DADDY NIGHTS OUT- just some of the fun meetups in store.
