Single Parents Soaring is a community of parents who are doing the difficult job of parenting solo. We meet regularly for support and fun as a family. Our mission is to encourage and sustain a network of 'extended family' who understand as perhaps few others can, the challenges we face. We welcome you to join our community where we hope you and your child(ren) will find friendship, emotional support and encouragement from others just like you.        

We are a group of concerned parents commited to improving responsiveness to the needs of children of divorce and separation in Illinois.

We started this group to get parents and kids out of the house and having fun! Lets go to our many local parks and play until the street lights come on. We want our kids to play the old school games that we grew up loving, games like red rover, kick ball, home free, freeze tag and street hockey. Lets get out and have fun.
